Stephen Martin adds the experience, education and attention to detail that have helped grow SMA California into one of the leading Reserve Study Companies in California. He oversees all Reserve Studies, marketing and sales while still maintaing close relations to the customers.
A graduate of the UC Santa Barbara School of Business, he is a certified Reserve Specialist in California and Nevada and has specialized in working with Home Owners Associations for the last half decade. |

Erik has been a builder and developer for 25 years and understands the components, assemblies, and systems which are involved in every project we service. He has the experience to assess buildings and properties from the perspective of someone who has also built and developed them.
Before joining SMA California, Erik ran both a multi-million dollar design/build custom home and remodeling business, and was a principal partner for a residential land development firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Erik is committed to bringing the most useful and accurate information to our clients to ensure the prosperity and long term success of their projects. During his career, Erik has been actively involved in numerous building industry and trade organizations and has authored several articles on construction related matters. His title ‘105 Essential Tips for Maximizing a Home Remodel’ was published in 2005 and has been sold nationwide. Erik graduated with a degree in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley and has since been waiting for the Bears to win a Rose Bowl. |
